Researches and resolves operational and/or product related problems experienced by customers. Explains Bank programs, products, and services to customers. Maintains and develops ongoing customer relationships, develops new business opportunities, and retains current profitable relationships. May accompany Relationship Managers and/or Sales Reps on prospect and/or customer calls. Approves service charge refunds and fee waivers within assigned limits. May assist in the development, modification, and presentation of training programs and customer communications. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Maintains all appropriate documentation and makes all necessary disclosures to customers.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in banking operational processes and procedures
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven customer service/relations skills including the ability to deal effectively, tactfully, and knowledgeably with customers and non-customers in handling complaints, problems, and general inquiries
